ALL MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL

Madam/Dear Sir,

The President, in terms of the authority given to him by the Council at its 363rd meeting held on 12th February, 2017, has constituted a Group for considering the entire structure of study circles, exploring ways and means to obtain independent PAN, TAN, Service Tax registration and other statutory compliances, with the following composition:-

• CA. M. Devaraja Reddy, (Convenor)
• CA. Madhukar N. Hiregange
• CA. Atul Kumar Gupta
• CA. Sushil Kumar Goyal
• CA. Mangesh P. Kinare
• CA. Ranjeet Kumar Agarwal

Sharad Singhal, Assistant Secretary will act as Secretary to the said group. Officers from Legal Section, Accounts Section, Audit Committee, CPE Committee and DTC would assist him.
