Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) For Empanelment of Chartered Accountant firms for Special Audit under Section 66 of the DGST Act, 2017 and Section 58A of DVAT Act, 2004

Department of Trade and Taxes, Government of NCT of Delhi, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the empanelment of Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant firms. These firms will conduct Special Audits under Section 66 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (DGST Act) and Section 58A of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (DVAT Act). The audits pertain to registered taxpayers under the respective acts. The EOI submission is exclusively online through the Delhi government’s e-procurement portal. Interested parties can download the EOI document from the portal or the Department of Trade and Taxes website. The EOI submission period begins on December 3, 2024, at 6:00 PM, and the deadline is December 26, 2024, at 3:00 PM. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on December 10, 2024, at 2:30 PM, and EOIs will be opened on December 26, 2024, at 4:00 PM.

Expression of Interest (EOI) is hereby invited for empanelment of Chartered Accountant firms, Cost Accountant firms for conducting Special Audit of accounts of registered taxpayers as envisaged under Section 66 of the DGST Act, 2017 and under Section 58A of DVAT Act, 2004.

EOI is to be submitted only online on the Government of NCT of Delhi e-procurement Portal at https://govtprocurement.delhi.gov.in.
