NOTICE INVITING APPLICATIONS FOR APPOINTMENT OF AUDIT FIRMS FOR INTERNAL AUDIT FOR THE YEAR 2011-2012
Sub : Appointment of Chartered Accountant Firms/Cost Accountant Firms for Internal Audit in CIL for 2011-2012.
Applicaions are invited from Partnership Firms only indicating details of the Firms as indicated below for appointment. The application shall contain the following details : (1) Year of establishment (2) Details of Partners (3) Photo copy of certificate of Institute of Chartered Accountants / Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India, (4) Location of Registered Office & Branch of the Firm (5) Name of Qualified Assistants alongwith membership no. (6) Experience in Coal Industry specifying nature & year of audit and name of the Subsidiary (7) Audit experience in Public Sector Undertakings / Govt. / Scheduled Banks specifying nature & year of audit and name of the Company. The willing Partnership Firms may sent their Bio-Data alongwith documentary evidence in support of their above referred details to reach this office on or before 18th March, 2011 and it should be addressed to General Manager, Internal Audit, Coal India Limited, 10, Netaji subhas Road, Kolkata – 700001.
