What do you mean by Holiday? Your answer would be – a day on which we don’t have to go to the office. The answer is absolutely correct. On that day you do whatever you like, spend time with your family and children. So it’s a day of enjoyment.

My second question to all of you is that – why we all have to wait for that particular day i.e. Sunday? And also tell me how many of you able to do, whatever you like to do on that particular day? Answer to first question would be – only SUNDAY is a public holiday and on all other days we have to go for work. Answer to second question would be – maximum people were not been able to do what they like, as their SUNDAY starts after 9 am or 10 am only.

The reason behind this write-up is to show you the way how your every day becomes holiday? But for that you have to first discipline yourself. And I think this is the big challenge everyone would face. Today lack of self-discipline is the major cause behind the many problems; like health issues, relationship issues, financial issues etc. Here self-discipline means you have to cut-off your time of sleep at least by one or two hour a day. Many of us sleep for seven to eight hours a day. There are people who might say that they are always sleeping for fewer hours. Then for such people managing time with priority would be an issue.

Everyone here get twenty four hours a day. Then why few people able to do more and also able to enjoy every day as holiday compare to others? The answer would be – they are self-disciplined. Remember that quality of sleep is important than quantity of sleep. When you get those early morning one or two hours every day, you can do number of things as mentioned below:-

• You can give time to your hobby

• You can give time to do spiritual activity

• You can give time to learn new things

When you are able to do such things every day, you would feel happy, energetic and automatically your every day would turn into holiday!

Hope this small write-up helps you in some way.

Always Be Blissful!
