Accountant is rated as among the 50 Best Careers of 2011

Accountant has been named one of the 50 Best Careers of 2011 by U.S. News & World Report, which based its list on projected employment growth and other factors. The Bureau of Labor Statistics forecasts that employment for accountants and auditors will increase 22% between 2008 and 2018 as demand for accountants and auditors increases because of more complicated financial regulations.
