The Lok Sabha Select Committee examining the Income-Tax Bill, 2025, has scheduled its next sittings on March 6-7, 2025, in Committee Room ‘D’, Parliament House Annexe, New Delhi. On March 6, oral evidence will be presented by representatives from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, followed by Ernst & Young (EY) representatives from 2:00 PM onwards. On March 7, representatives from the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) will present evidence from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) from 2:00 PM onwards. Agenda papers will be shared with Members via the Member’s Portal or email. All Members of the Select Committee are requested to attend these sessions.
