On January 29, 2025, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) issued a notification amending its previous notification dated July 2, 2021, regarding the list of approved food analysts and laboratories. Several serial numbers, including 18, 44, 56, and others, have been omitted from the table. Additionally, 15 new entries have been added to the list, providing the names of food analysts and their corresponding laboratories across various locations such as Navi Mumbai, Salem, Chennai, Ahmedabad, and others. These include professionals from laboratories like Dr. Amin Controllers, Global Lab & Consultancy Services, and Intertek India. Furthermore, some existing entries have been updated, substituting the details of analysts from organizations such as Accurate Universal Laboratories, Gujarat Testlab, and Geo-Chem Laboratories. This amendment ensures that the list of recognized food analysts and laboratories remains current and accurate for regulatory and testing purposes under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.
