Subject: Inclusion of 18 HS Codes under Heading 5208 in Appendix 4R for RoDTEP – reg
S.O. 1430(E): In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with Para 1.02 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20, the Central Government hereby, on the recommendation of the RoDTEP Committee, makes the following additions in Appendix 4R notified vide Notification no. 55 dated 07.02.2023:
