Sir,
I am directed to inform that the online submission of Maternity Claim has been deployed. The I.W. whose UAN number has been seeded in the system, can claim for Maternity Benefit through IP Portal. The User Manual for submission of online request is attached herewith for kind information. it is requested to advise the Branch Office Managers suitably.
This issues with the approval of Insurance Commissioner (Bft.).
