Prescribes 28-02-2005 as date for introduction of new Tariff

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Central Excise Tariff (Amendment) Act, 2004 ( 5 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 28^th day of February, 2005, as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
