Subject: Reversal of CENVAT Credit on clearance of goods under rule 19(2) of Central Excise Rules, 2002 under notification 43/2001-CE (NT) dated 26.6.2001- regarding.

I am directed to refer to Board’s circular No. 781/14/2004-CX dated 23rd March, 2004 on above mentioned subject and to say that the matter is under further examination. Circular No. 781/14/2004-CX dated 23rd march 2004  may be treated as withdrawn.

2. Trade and filed formations may be informed suitably.

3. Receipt of the circular may be acknowledged.
