Free Offline Excel Utility to Validate any GSTN Number

Offline Excel Utility 2.00 to Validate any GSTN Number- No VBA/No Macro.. therefore you can freely use it and share through mails/gmail. This is a free utility useful for CA Staff/Accounts professionals who have to deal with a lot of GST numbers while working on GST returns.. This file comes with built in formulas to validate the pattern of GST number as per GST portal specification. In a nutshell it will alert you about the wrong GSTN number in your data, therefore we thought it worth sharing with you/ Updated Features:

1. Now GST number can be validated in any  cell in the same row  (right or left) to GSTN number, simply type “=gstn_Is_Ok” and press enter do it for all rows

2. Now You can know the GST Registration Type and Pan Type also.

Type “=gstin_Is_Ok” for Validating the GSTIN

Type “=gstin_Type” for knowing the type of organization for which GSTIN is issued e.g. “Govt. Department”, “NRI”, “TDS-GSTIN”, “TCS-GSTIN”, “UN Body GSTIN”, “OIDAR GSTIN” 

 Type “=gstin_PAN_Type” for knowing the type of Income Tax assessee for which GSTIN is issued e.g. “Govt. Department”, “Person”, “Firm”, “Company”, “AOP”, “Trust”, “Artificial Juridical Person”
