As you all aware due to Covid 19 pandemic MCA was launched new scheme called Companies Fresh Start Scheme (CFSS).

Under CFSS scheme, 2020 defaulting companies has got the chance to file all its pending forms without any additional fees. CFSS scheme is valid from 01/04/2020 to 30/09/2020 which further extended upto 31/12/2020. Last date of CFSS was 31/12/2020.

CFSS scheme is ended, now all companies which took the benefit of the scheme will have to file a e-form called ‘Application for issue of immunity certificate under the Companies Fresh Start Scheme (CFSS) 2020’ for granting immunity.

Here are some question related to CFSS-2020 e-form

1) Which company need to file CFSS Form CFSS-2020 ?

Ans: All the Company who took the benefit of the scheme CFSS and filed forms without additional fee, need to file CFSS e-form.

2) How to file Form CFSS-2020 ?

Ans: Put SRN of the forms filed under CFSS and Prefill, and all data will be prefilled.

3) How many SRN in one Form CFSS-2020 ?

Ans: 20 SRN in one CFSS form will file. If you have more than 20 SRN than you need to file separate form for exceed 20.

4) Due date of  Form CFSS-2020 ?

Ans: CFSS form need to file within six month from end of the Scheme, i.e, upto 30th June, 2021.

5) What is filing fee of the form CFSS?

Ans: There is no filing fee of the Forms CFSS.
