Name Application / Reservation for Company via SPICe+ Part A

After Approval of Name under SPICe+ Part A, Click on Application No under Existing Applications and click on proceed to start filling the Form SPICe+ Part B.

First step SPICe+ PART B

Following information required to be filled to be in SPICe+ Part B.

1) Capital Structure and Division

2) Address for the Correspondence of the Company. Same could even be the Registered Office Address.

3) Subscribers and Director’s Details.

Having valid DIN (herein is proposed Director who already has DIN) and other under category not having DIN.

4) Fill the Director’s Details with DIN if they have valid DIN orelse details required to be mentioned as per PAN and verify the same.

5) Stamp Duty will get prefilled as per State mentioned for MOA and AOA.

6) Provide proper code for PAN / TAN Application as per the proposed Registered Office address PIN CODE.

ATTACHMENTS IN SPICe+ PART B

♣ Utility Bill not older then 2months alongwith NOC from the Owner of Premises whose name is mentioned on the Bill

♣ Pan Card, Identity Proof and Residential Proofs of all Directors and Subscribers (Self attested copies).

♣ DIR-2 signed copy from the proposed Directors

♣ Declaration for Non-acceptance of Deposits

After whole Form is filled mentioning details of Professional and Check Form and Prescrutiny is done. The Form is available for Download.  

After the SPICe+ Part B is completed all other Form i.e. MOA, AOA, AGILEPRO and INC-9 become available.

Second SPICe MOA

In MOA, Main Object is required to be mentioned as per the same given at the time of Name Application in SPICe+ Part A.

Ancillary Objects to mentioned in Part 3(b).

Subscribers Details and Professional details required to be mentioned, then do Check form.

Third SPICe AOA

In AOA Table is required to be selected as notified under Schedule I of the Companies Act, 2013

One, needs to click on Check if altered , and alter the point require alteration. And for point which is not applicable, click on the same under the category.

Fourth SPICe AGILE-PRO

AGILE-PRO

If GSTIN is required to be applied, click on Yes, orelse No.

Following details required to be mentioned / filled in AGILE-PRO:

Click whether Establishment is on Lease Yes or No.

Primary Business Activity, Work Sub-category and Nature of work Business

Number of Directors details to be entered

Police Station Name as per the Pin Code of the Registered Office Address

In Employer’s Particulars select Appropriate Branch Office

Select Inspection Office

ATTACHMENTS:

• Address Proof of all the proposed Director’s is required to be attached
• Identity Proof of all the Proposed Director’s is required to be attached
• Specimen Signature of all Director’s on the Letter Head of the Company
