Subject:- Help Line for queries relating to notices issued by the National e-Assessment Centre NeAC – delhi.ito.hq.pccit.neac@incometax.gov in, 18001801961 (e-filing; general queries)
With a view to provide assistance in the cases of faceless e-Assessment, under ‘E-assessment Scheme,2019’ applicable for A.Y.2018-19 onwards, the helpline facilities, exclusively for taxpayers to whom notices have been issued by National e-Assessment Centre (NeAC), are as under:‑
a. delhi.ito.hq.pccit.neac@incometax.gov.in
b. 18001801961(e-filing; general queries)
2. The e-mail for query should invariably contain following details: ‑
a) PAN
b) Soft copy of the notice
c) Details of help required.
3. The queries may be sent only to the aforesaid e-mail Id and not to any other e-mail id/telephone/WhatsApp, as it shall be entertained on aforesaid email/phone ONLY.
4. This issues with the approval of Principal Chief Commissioner of Income-tax (National e-Assessment Centre), New Delhi.
