NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th October, 2019
F. No. 9/1/2013-ECB(Pt-2).—The Central Government hereby makes the following amendments to the Depository Receipts Scheme, 2014, namely:-
1. (1) This Scheme may be called the Depository Receipts (Amendment) Scheme, 2019.
(2) It shall come into effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. (1) In the Depository Receipts Scheme, 2014, in paragraph 2, clause 1, sub-clause (g), the word “foreign” shall be omitted.
(2) In Schedule 1, after serial number 34, the following shall be inserted, namely:-
“35. International Financial Services Centre in India set up under section 18 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (No. 28 OF 2005).”
