G.S.R. 323(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 A of Company Secretaries Act, 1980 (56 of 1980), the Central Government hereby nominate the following as member of the Quality Review Board, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette and for that purpose makes the following for the amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, number G.S.R. 490 (E), dated the 13th July, 2007, namely:—
In the said notification, in the opening paragraph, for item number (2) and the entries relating thereto, the following item number and entries shall be substituted, namely:
