Trade Notice No. 04/2018

The Trade is hereby informed that in terms of Section 99 of the Rajasthan Goods & Service Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government vide Notification dated 22.12.2017, issued under F.No. 12(60) FD/Tax/2017-149 has constituted Rajasthan Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling for Goods & Service Tax, consisting of the Chief Commissioner of Central Tax as designated by the Board and the Commissioner of State Tax, for hearing appeals against the Advance Ruling pronounced by the Rajasthan Authority for Advance Ruling. The head quarters office of the said authority shall be at Jaipur.
2. This Trade Notice is being issued to facilitate the Trade to know the details of the officers designated as the Rajasthan Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling constituted in terms Section 99 of the Rajasthan Goods & Service Tax Act, 2017, for the purpose of hearing appeals against the Advance Ruling pronounced by the Rajasthan Authority for Advance Ruling.
3. The office address & correspondence address of the Appellate Authority is as “Room No. 1.04, Floor, New Central Revenue Building, Statue Circle, C-Scheme, Jaipur (Rajasthan) – 302 005.
4. The jurisdictional Commissioners are requested to further inform all the Tax Payers under their respective jurisdiction about the contents of the above Trade Notice.
5. The Trade and Industry associations/chambers of commerce are also requested to bring the contents of this Trade Notice to the notice of all their members.
