MAHARASHTRA GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017.
No. MGST.1018/C.R.04(1)/Taxation-1.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Mah. XLIII of 2017), the Government of Maharashtra hereby rescinds, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission, the notification of the Maharashtra Government, Finance Department No. MGST1018/C. R.-04/Taxation-1 [Notification No. 74/2017 –(State Tax)] dated the 29th December, 2017, published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Extra-ordinary, Part-IV-B No. 11, dated the 29th December 2017.
