  1. My friend who has only salaried income filed IT return for FY 2016-17, availing relief u/s 89 for arrears. But he forgot to file Form 10E. Now he has received a notice u/s 143(1) asking for a demand.
    Can he file a revised return now along with Form 10E or does he have to approach AO with the Form 10E?
