NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA VALUE ADDED TAX Act, 2002.
No. VAT. 1517/C.R.97(12)/Taxation-1.-1n exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (4) of section 41 of the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002 (Mah. IX of 2005) the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect from the 1st July 2017, amends the Government notification, Finance Department, No. VAT 1512/CR-18/Taxation-1, dated 29th February 2012 as follows, namely ;—
In the said notification, in the preamble, the words “and petroleum products” shall be deleted.
