S.O. (E). -In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 93/2016-Customs (N.T.) dated 1st July, 2016 published vide S.O. 2281(E) dated 1st July, 2016.
In the Table to the said notification, against serial number 3, in column 3 for the existing entry, “C.No.VIII/CCP/ICD/ENQ/HCL/112/09/Pt.XII”dated 04.01.2011 shall be substituted.
