NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th April, 2017
S.O. 1184(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Indian Trusts (Amendment) Act, 2016 (34 of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints the 17th day of April, 2017 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
