According to the Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (Plaintiff) , Sony Pictures Networks India Private Limited (Defendants) illicitly copied Zee’s popular show India’s Best Dramebaaz, a televised talent hunt for child actors in 5 to 12 year age group.
