Job Description
– Experience in Audit (with specialization in Internal Audit)
– Strong technical knowledge in Audit / IT / Co. Law / related laws
– Has handled Internal Audit of Large Corporates and Mid Corporates, represented in Audit Committees his reports and recommendations. Must have conducted assignment independently
– Limited Reviews, Statutory Audit of listed Companies independently.
– Implementation of SOPs in few companies
– Implementation of Ind-AS
– Experience of Independently managing assignments
– Possess Leadership skills; able to lead and build a team; handle crisis; manage effectively (CAs, CA (Inter), Trainees and B.Com)
– Good communication; oral / written drafting skills
– Multi Tasking with variety of tasks in the segment
– Instrumental in providing solution to problems, resolve issues, restructuring
– To lead Audit function with focus on Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, SOPs, Internal Finance Controls, Ind AS, Due Diligence and Consulting work
– Providing solutions to Mid corporate and SME Clients
– To improve processes, systems, performances and implement best practices
– To lead a team of 10-15 people with few CAs under him
– Ready to commit oneself for a long term
