NOTIFICATION
In partial modification of Notification No.7(420)/Policy/VAT/20 11/1203-1213 dated 11/02/2013 regarding submission of audit report in Form AR-I for the year 2012-13 by dealer having turnover of Rs.10 crores or more, I Prashant Goyal, Commissioner, Value Added Tax, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 49 and 70 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 read with Rule 42A of the Delhi Value Added Tax Rules, 2005 hereby extend the date of filing of the said report to 02/12/2013 instead of 15/11/2013.
Other contents of the notification shall remain unchanged.
