Subject: Corrigendum to Policy Circular No. 29(RE-2005)/2004-09 dated 06.10.2005 – correction – reg.

The undersigned is directed to refer to the above mentioned Policy Circular No. 29(RE-2005)/2004-09 dated 06.10.2005 and to say that last sentence of para 8 of Policy Circular may be corrected to read as:-

“However, if it is not covered under the said circular, it will be subject to an import licence”.
