PUBLIC NOTICE No. 23(RE-2007) 2004-09
NEW DELHI: The 20th JULY, 2007.
In exercise of power conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Appendix 14-I-H of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I):
In Appendix 14-I-H, sub para I ( c ) shall be amended to read as under:
( c) Units may opt for DTA sales on a quarterly, half yearly or annual basis by intimation to the concerned Development Commissioner of the SEZ. However,Premier Trading House(PTH) as defined in para 3.5.2 of Foreign Trade Policy(FTP) shall have the option to undertake DTA sales on monthly basis, as well.
