In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09 (updated as on 7th April, 2006) and Paragraph 1.1 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Book titled “Schedule of DEPB rates” (as amended from time to time):
PRODUCT GROUP: ENGINEERING PRODUCT CODE: 61
The description of the export product against the entries at Sr. Nos. 387B and 387C of the DEPB Schedule is amended to read as under:
