The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) issued Notification No. 34 (RE-2005)/2004-2009 on December 20, 2005, under Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, and Paragraph 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009. This notification revises the export limits for stone aggregate and river sand as previously outlined in Notification No. 30 dated March 17, 2005. The revised quantities are 4,78,000 MT for stone aggregate and 5,32,878 MT for river sand. These changes are issued in the public interest to update export regulations in accordance with current policy amendments.

NEW DELHI DATED THE 20TH DECEMBER, 2005

S.O.(E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act,1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with paragraph 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 (as amended from time to time), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification No.30/(2004-2009) dated 17th March, 2005 :-

The quantities of Stone Aggregate and River Sand stand revised as follows: –

Stone Aggregate: 4,78,000 MT

River Sand: 5,32,878 MT
