1. Kindly let me know what is the rate of Luxury Tax to be charged on Hotel Room Rents for the year 2013-14.
2. Also let me know if the room rent is on annual contrct basis with some corporate clients or with some pvt.ltd. companies is it mandatory to charge Luxury tax or is there any exemption for this annual contract.
Number of characters limit in assessee name should be increased.
