22.11.2012 The Government of Maharashtra has made amendment to Maharashtra Value Added Tax Rule, 2005. Audit Report under Sec. 61 is now required to be submitted “within nine months and fifteen days’ (earlier it was within eight months) of the end of the year. i.e. 15th Jan.
A Notification to this effect is released by the government on 21.11.2012 which is given below :-

12.11. 2012 Commissioner of Sales Tax in Maharashtra has informed to defer the submission of VAT Audit Report in Form 704 under the MVAT Act, 2002 to 15th of January, 2013 from the scheduled due date of 30th November, 2012. A Notification to this effect is expected on coming Monday, the 12th November, 2012.

Hi, Trupti pls. you download new annex. from site of mahavat and don’t keep any space between No. like you put Net & Vat Rs. 25666666 and vat tin no 270000000000.
IF SALES TAX RETURN IS OF LAST PERIOD THEN WHILE SUBMISSION ANNEX. ERROR OCCURS WHILE SUBMISSION IN F.Y. .WHAT TO DO.
