Notification No. 42/2001-Customs ( N.T. )

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962 ), the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Kandla to be-

(i) the Commissioner of Customs, Kolkata,

(ii) the Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai, and

(iii) the Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva, Port Uran, Raigarh

for the purpose of adjudication of the show cause notice F.No.SIIB/CUS/41/99 dated the 17th November, 2001 issued to M/s. Honda Siel Cars India Ltd. by the Commissioner of Customs (General), New Delhi.
