Notification No. 4/2002-Customs (N.T.)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise, Bhubaneswar -II to be the Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise, Bhubaneswar -I for the purpose of adjudication of Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Archean Granites Ltd., Chennai for violation of provision of the Export and Import Policy issued vide No. VIII(6)/4/CUS/BBSR-I/99.28970-A and 28972-A dated the 24th December, 1999 by the Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise, Bhubaneswar-I.
