Notification No. 35/2006-Customs (N.T.)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Central Excise (Adjudication), New Customs House, New Delhi, to act as Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Sea Port, Kolkata and  Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Sea Port, Chennai for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Regent Exim International Limited, AG-23, Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi and others, issued, vide, F.No. DRI/23/29/2005/DZU dated the 31st August, 2005 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, B-4, 6th Floor, Paryavaran Bhawan, CGO Complex, New Delhi.
