Dabur India Limited, a prominent player in the Indian FMCG sector, has reported an 11.7% increase in its net profit for the second quarter ending 30th September 2026, reaching ₹505 crore. This marks the fourth consecutive quarter of double-digit profit growth for the company. The consolidated revenue for the quarter grew by 11.6% to ₹3,563 crore, continuing its trend of robust financial performance.

The company’s India FMCG business recorded a growth of 10.7%, with an underlying volume growth of 5.5%. Notably, Dabur’s premium brands outpaced regular brands, growing at four times the rate and contributing to 20% of the domestic business. The international business segment also showed significant strength, with a 20% growth in INR terms, driven by strong performances in key markets such as Bangladesh, Egypt, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Turkey.

Dabur’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Herjit S. Bhalla, attributed this success to the strength of the company’s core brands and strategic execution across categories. Despite challenges such as geopolitical uncertainties and elevated input costs, Dabur managed to deliver broad-based profitable growth. Mr. Bhalla highlighted the resurgence in General Trade, which grew by mid to high single digits, supported by initiatives like Project Saksham.

The company’s various segments showed positive growth, with the Home & Personal Care (HPC) business growing by 10.9%, led by hair care and home care. The Healthcare business saw a 6.9% increase, bolstered by strong performance in Digestives and OTC & Ethicals. The Food & Beverages segment experienced a 17.4% growth, with a notable recovery in the Beverages portfolio.

In line with its payout policy, Dabur’s Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of ₹3.50 per share, amounting to a total payout of ₹620.88 crore. This decision underscores the company’s commitment to delivering value to its shareholders.

Analysts view Dabur’s sustained growth as a reflection of its strategic focus on premiumisation and international expansion. The company’s ability to navigate external challenges while maintaining robust growth across its segments positions it favourably in the competitive FMCG landscape.
