Correspondingly, the description against Serial No. 138 in Schedule II, attracting 18% integrated tax, is substituted to exclude retreaded tractor tyres from retreaded or used pneumatic tyres of rubber. The revised 18% entry continues to cover other retreaded or used pneumatic tyres, solid or cushion tyres, tyre treads and tyre flaps of rubber.
