Such information may be shared only to the extent considered necessary for enabling the notified officer, authority or body to perform its statutory functions under the relevant law.
Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Farmer Loan Waiver Scheme, 2026: The Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Farmer Loan Waiver Scheme, 2026 is a Maharashtra Government debt relief scheme approved to provide waiver of eligible short-term crop loans of up to ₹2 lakh. The scheme also provides incentive benefits for eligible farmers who have repaid crop loans on time and includes a one-time settlement mechanism for borrowers with outstanding dues exceeding the prescribed limit, subject to the conditions and timelines specified by the Government.
