Whereas, the Protocol, amending the Convention between the Government of the Republic of India and the Government of the Republic of Armenia for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income which was signed at New Delhi on the 31st October, 2003, has been signed at New Delhi on the 27th January, 2016, as set out in the annexure appended to this notification and hereinafter referred to as the said amending Protocol
Fee payable till the 30th April of every financial year in respect of e-form DIR-3 KYC as at the 31st March of immediate previous year.- Nil and Rs. 5000 thereafter
A company or charge holder shall within a period of three hundred days from the date of the payment or satisfaction in full of any charge registered under Chapter VI, give intimation of the same to the Registrar in Form No.CHG-4 along with the fee
These rules may be called the Companies (Authorised to Register) Second Amendment Rules, 2018. They shall come into force with effect from 15th August 2018.
The de-activated DIN shall be re-activated only after e-form DIR-3-KYC is filed along with fee as prescribed under Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014.
Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Amendment Rules, 2018 – A certificate of the statutory auditor of the company shall be attached in Form DPT-1, stating that the company has not committed default in the repayment of deposits or in the payment of interest on such deposits accepted either before or after payment of interest on such deposits accepted
Central Government hereby appoints 15th August, 2018 as date from which provisions of Section 15,16,75 & 76 of Companies Amendment (Act) 2017 shall come into force.
Central Government hereby appoints the 5th July, 2018 as the date on which the provisions of Section 20 of Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 shall come into force.
The Income Tax Department observed a dedicated fortnight from 1st to 15th June, 2018 to expeditiously clear pending matters of appeal effect and rectification. More than 20,000 such matters were disposed of and refunds were issued to the taxpayers, wherever due. Seeing the success of this initiative, the special drive was extended in certain regions up to 30th June, 2018.
The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has entered into three Unilateral Advance Pricing Agreements (UAPA) during the past couple of months. With the signing of these Agreements, the total number of APAs entered into by the CBDT has gone up to 223, which inter alia include 20 Bilateral APAs.
