SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (PROCEDURE FOR SEARCH AND SEIZURE) REPEAL REGULATIONS, 2015
No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2015-16/020.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Securities and Exchange Board of India hereby makes the following regulations, namely: –
Short title and commencement.
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India(Procedure for Search and Seizure) Repeal Regulations, 2015.
(2) These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
Repeal of Regulations.
2. On and from commencement of these regulations, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Procedure for Search and Seizure) Regulations, 2014 shall stand repealed.
