Ref: Our circular no. SMDRP/ Policy/ Circulars- 20/98 dated August 04, 1998
With reference to the above it is advised that the Exchanges are to make suitable changes in the system software so as to abide by the rules/guidelines as mentioned in our aforesaid circular. The guidelines listed in the circular should be implemented not later than August 17, 1998.(i.e. the provisions of the circular should be implemented for all settlements commencing from August 17, 1998)
The Exchanges are requested to communicate the status of the implementation of this circular in the Monthly Development Report.
