In continuation of our Circular No.SMD/POLICY/CIR-12/98 dated April 7, 1998 regarding amendments to Listing Agreement, we have to clarify that the events by way of illustrations mentioned at item (d) relating to price sensitive information etc. are required to be made public immediately as stated on Page 2 of the circular. Further, publication of financial results on a quarterly basis etc. as mentioned at items (a), (b) and (c) in the circular would be effective from the quarter ending June, 1998 as stated on Page 4 of the circular.
