It is hereby notified for general information that the perpetual approval granted to Central Building Research Institute, Roorkee (U.P.), under section 35(1)(ii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, vide Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Notification No. 2684 (F. No. 203/151/78-ITA. II) dated January 25, 1979, is hereby withdrawn with effect from April 11, 1985.
