(E).- In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) (Central Board of Direct Taxes) vide number S.O. 241(E), dated the ^3rd February, 2010, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated the 3rd February, 2010, for “6.50% to 7.25%”, read “6% to 7.25%”.
