  1. THE HONOURABLE GUJARAT HIGH COURT HAS SHOWN LIENIENCY TO THE INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT, WHICH THIS DEPARTMENT DOES NOT DESERVE. THE DEPARTMENT IS FULL OF THE OFFICERS MAJORITY OF WHOM ARE ARROGANT, IGNORANT, WHIMSICAL, UNRELIABLE, INEFFICIENT, WITH NO WORK ATTITUDE, AND CORRUPT. THE RESPONSIBLE OFFICIALS SHOULD HAVE BEEN PUT BEHIND THE BAR. MONETARY PENALTY SHALL NOT HELP BECAUSE THEY HAVE MILLIONS OF RUPEES FROM KNOWN AND UNKNOWN SOURCES OF INCOME
