Admittedly, the undisputed fact is that the assessee in the case on hand, has not deducted tax at source on the payments made to Shri Uday Kumar Shetty amounting to Rs.1,53,78,795/-. Dear sir, A sum of Rs. 1350/- TDS was deducted from SCSS A/C No 306811 on 30-06-2011 payment of interest on Sr Citizen Saving Schme by Sub Postmaster Sector-20, Chandigarh, for the period 2010-2011 Tax Deduction a/c No of the deductor PTLG-11258-C on 25 Aug 2011 ,resident of # 2145/3, Sector-45 C, Chandigarh PAN ACXPS 2034D. I have appled for the refund vide ITO Chandigarh receipt No ASK No : 702300811049740,Date/A.Y: 30-08-2011/2011-12, PAN No: ACXPS2034D/ITRI,Name : GURDEV SINGH, RRR/BIN : WO450311496/ROOO48, AO : ITO WARD 5 (3), CHANDIGARH II.but the refund has not been paid .my ITR is also nil and I am above the age of 67 yers.
