As we all know Income Tax Act has provided that TDS to be deducted @ 20% if a person do not provide his PAN. Sometimes person provides his PAN but not the copy of PAN card and we always wants to check his name in Income Tax Records. Now it become very easy to know the name of the person as per income tax Records, of whom you are having PAN. To know the name we have to follow the following procedure :-
1. Click the Link given below :-

2. Enter PAN and Mobile Number in the window which appears after above click as shown in screen shot below :-
3. After entering the PAN and Mobile Number, click submit. After submitting system will send one OTP on that mobile number.
4. Click submit and it will show the Name of PAN holder of whose PAN you entered as shown in screen shot below :-

Sir my PAN is AECPN3698D , When I register in e-portal it shows invalid surname
I am not able register in https://www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/home website due to the invalid surname. I see my full name in PAN Card as “JEEVAN VASUDEVA NAYAK E R”, when i tried to give my surname it is showing an error called “please enter valid name”. How do I check my full name in Income Tax department? Please help me out with at the earliest.

now this site adding one more column for “Date of Birth” without this you will not get the PAN holder information.
So now this site not became useful for such information which we got earlier..
