89(1) Arrears Relief Calculator for Govt Employees with Form 10E

I availed relief under section 89(1)) in previous financial year .Now again get arrears in the previouse financial years .How can i get relief again under section 89(1))in this financial year .please give me procedure to calculate relief under section 89(1) ) in this case
