Dear Sir,
We would like to bring into your kind notice that the our members from different Districts have complained of receiving Notices imposing heavy penalty on taxpayers for not filing of GSTR9/9A/9C for different Financial Years on time, whereas all of our members working for such Dealers/taxpayers have already submitted/filed such Returns with the Department on time.
Sir, this is unnecessary harassment of dealers/taxpayers and the Accounts Professionals as well. In fact, the Data base of the Department has not been updated by the concerned officials and they are putting honest and dedicated Dealers/taxpayers and their staff in turmoil and unnecessary affliction in these days of hardship due to constant lockdowns.
Through this Representation, we humbly request your goodself to please look into the matter and arrange updation the database of the Department and pass necessary instructions to the concerned officials to avoid putting honest and dedicated Dealers/taxpayers and their staff in to affliction by issuing them such notices.
For this act of kindness, we shall ever pray!
