Removal of Difficulty Order
MAHARASHTRA SETTLEMENT OF ARREARS OF TAX, INTEREST, PENALTY OR LATE FEE ACT, 2019.
No. GST-1019/C.R.34/Taxation-1.––In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20 of the Maharashtra Settlement of Arrears of Tax, Interest, Penalty or Late Fee Act, 2019, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby amends the Maharashtra Settlement of Arrears of Tax, Interest, Penalty or Late Fee (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as “the Order”) bearing No. GST-1019/C.R.-34/Taxation.-1, dated 2nd August 2019 published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part-IV-B, Extra-ordinary No. 255, dated the 2nd August 2019, namely :—
In the said Order, in clause 2,—
(1) In sub-clause (1) for the figures, letters and word “23rd August 2019” the figures, letters and word “30th August 2019” shall be substituted;
(2) In sub-clause (2),—
(a) for the figures, letters and word “23rd August 2019” the figures, letters and word “30th August 2019” shall be substituted;
(b) for the figures, letters and word “23rd August 2019” the figures, letters and word “30th August 2019” shall be substituted;
